• Start Small, Save Big: Even 1 or 2 referrals provide meaningful rewards. Referring just 2 families means receiving funds equivalent to 20% of their total enrollment—substantial financial benefit with minimal effort.
• Halfway to Free: Just 5 referrals could mean significant returns. By referring 5 families, you could receive funds equivalent to 50% of a standard enrollment.
• Past Clients Welcome: You can refer and get these benefits whether you are a current client or a former one.

Who Can Refer?

• Eligibility: Anyone who has ever enrolled in Zenith with a contract in good standing or completed contract.
• Restrictions: Referred families must be brand-new to Zenith. Referrals of siblings or anyone in your household do not qualify.

Payout Logistics

• Payout As Tuition Is Collected: You will be sent 10% of what Zenith receives from the family you referred.
• How You Get Paid: Choose a direct deposit or tuition credit (if you’re still enrolled).
• If You Cancel: If your contract ends or is no longer in good standing, you stop earning future referral rewards. Anything already earned will still be paid out.

• Your remaining contract value = $10,000
• The 8th grader you referred has a total contract amount of $35,000
• You will receive 10% of $35,000 = $3,500 as direct deposit or credit
• Your referral will receive 10% of $10,000 = $1,000 discount

Scenario B: You are an 8th grader who refers a 12th grader

• Your remaining contract value = $30,000
• The 12th grader you referred has a total contract amount of $15,000
• You would receive 10% of $15,000 = $1,500

As you know, we invest a significant amount of resources into our families. No other firm offers these unique differences (see Comparison Chart). Providing our families with these services is very expensive, and because we price our services as low as possible just to be sustainable for decades more to come, very little is left over. However, we believe in being creative and data-driven to keep delivering win-win opportunities.

Over the past few months, we studied how much we can save in terms of enrollment, onboarding, infrastructure, and resources cost when new families come to us through referrals, compared to those who find us without a referral. We discovered a way to offer discounts as a result.

Q: Can multiple people refer the same family? Who gets the reward?
A: No. We honor the first person who emails our referral inbox. No exceptions.

Q: What happens if the referred family forgets to list me as their referrer?
A: Referrals must be submitted before or during enrollment via email. We can’t honor retroactive submissions.

Q: Can two people share or split the reward?
A: You are welcome to privately split it however you want.

Q: When do I receive the payout?
A: You receive 10% of tuition collected as we collect it. If the referred family pays in full, you get it all at once.

Q: Can I refer multiple families?
A: Absolutely. There is no cap—every family you refer earns you a new reward.

Q: What if the referred family drops out or stops paying?
A: Your rewards pause if their payments stop. You’re only paid based on what we actually collect.

Q: I already completed the program. Can I still refer?
A: Yes. If you were ever a Zenith client with a contract in good standing, you’re eligible.

Q: Can I refer someone who was enrolled in Zenith before?
A: No. Only brand-new families who have never enrolled before qualify.

Q: What if the referred family pays multiple years up front?
A: Your reward is paid on the same schedule. If they pay 3 years up front, you receive 3 years’ worth of rewards at once.

Q: Can my referral be anonymous or private?
A: No. The referred family must acknowledge your referral during enrollment, and it must be submitted via email.

Q: Can Zenith staff, consultants, or contractors participate?
A: Yes, as long as they are or were enrolled clients. Staff may not refer families they directly onboarded or served in their role.

How to Refer

2. Make sure they mention your name when enrolling.
3. Once they’re enrolled and paying, you’ll start receiving 10% of their tuition as we collect it.
