  • 5-10 years of general management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing in a high growth business environment.
  • Track record of good business judgement.
  • Track record of integrity.
  • Previous P&L responsibility is a PLUS.
  • Passion for helping talented teens achieve their potential.
  • Manage inquries received from Parents from those regions
  • Conduct evaluation and hiring of key team members (instructors, client solution managers, class coordinators, etc.)
  • Responsible ensuring all standards and qualities of the SVTI brand are met

Client Services Manager / Class Coordinator

With all the parents, students, and classes, we need you to help manage all the communication with parents, students and schedules. You are the quarterback of the classes

  • 2+ years of office management experience.
  • 1+ years working with customers/clients in a top notch product/services environment.
  • Track record of managing multiple activities at once.
  • Develop classes schedule days/times that most optimally fits the needs of Parents, Students, and instructors
  • Work with parents to understand their child's goals and develop solutions to help them in those goals.
  • Answer general questions Parents and Students have regarding our programs

Executive Assistant to CEO

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience in intense working environments (law office, investment banks, private equity firms, etc).
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently to solve problems.
  • Flexible working schedule.
  • Track record of efficiency and minimal careless mistakes
  • Managing schedules and booking appointments.
  • Managing documents, files, and emails.
  • Daily briefing on most important items of the day
  • Collaborating with other team members to obtain resources needed for various analyses, presentations, financial models.
