In 2025, we launched a formal referral reward program to recognize and thank the families who help grow our community. The response exceeded expectations.
In just eight months, more than 150 new families joined Zenith through referrals.
This growth reinforced something we’ve always believed:
When great families join Zenith, they naturally bring other great families with them.
Because of that success, we’re continuing the program and investing even more into the families who help grow our community.
Reward structures are reviewed periodically. Families who refer during an active program period are locked into the current reward level for any referral they submit.
When you refer a new family to our program, two benefits activate:
Your Reward: Families and alumni who refer a student to Zenith receive a meaningful referral reward once that student enrolls.
For current families, many choose to apply their reward as a tuition credit, which significantly reduces the cost of their remaining tuition. Others prefer to receive their reward as direct payments, paid out over the life of the contract for the family they refer.
Our Super-Referrers (families who have referred three or more families who fully enroll into the program) have earned several thousand dollars simply by introducing their friends to the program.
Super-Referrer status is recognized on an ongoing basis, with periodic recognition for families who reach this milestone during an active program period.
Their Benefit: The family you refer will also receive a tuition benefit as a thank-you for joining through your recommendation.
For many, referring someone to Zenith is simply a natural extension of sharing their experience. But over time, those introductions can also create meaningful financial benefits, especially for families who remain involved in the program for several years.
Why Earlier Referrals Often Earn More

Processing TImeline: Referral rewards typically begin processing within 45-60 days after the referred family’s enrollment is completed- often sooner for families who elect the tuition credit option.
For current families using tuition credit, the award is applied to upcoming payments as soon as processing begins.
For families choosing direct payments, funds are issues once the reward is finalized and approved.
If You Cancel Your Contract: If your contract ends or is no longer in good standing, you stop earning future referral rewards. However, any rewards already earned will still be honored and paid out.

Families who come through referrals tend to integrate into the Zenith community more naturally, move through the enrollment process more smoothly, and often remain deeply engaged throughout their time in the program.
As a result, we made a strategic decision to reinvest a portion of those efficiencies back into the families who help build the community.
The referral reward program reflects that philosophy– creating a way to thank the families who introduce others to Zenith while continuing to strengthen the network of thoughtful, motivated students and parents who make the program special.
Q: Can multiple people refer the same family? Who gets the reward?
A: We honor the first referral submission received by email or mentioned during the enrollment process.
Q: What happens if the referred family forgets to list me as their referrer?
A: Referrals must be submitted before or during enrollment. Retroactive submissions cannot be honored.
Q: Can two people share or split the reward?
A: You are welcome to split the reward privately if you choose.
Q: When are referral rewards applied??
A: Referral rewards typically begin processing within 45-60 days after the referred family’s enrollment is finalized.
Q: Can I refer multiple families?
A: Absolutely. There is no limit to the number of families you may refer to Zenith.
Q: Are reward levels guaranteed to stay the same?
A: Reward structures are reviewed periodically to reflect program capacity and enrollment trends. Referrals submitted during an active program period are honored at the rate in effect at the time of submission.
Q: What if either family cancels or stops paying?
A: Referral rewards are tied to enrollment. If either family cancels or stops paying before their contract is complete, the reward does not apply.
Q: I already completed the program. Can I still refer?
A: Yes! Zenith alumni families are welcome to participate in the referral program.
Q: Can I refer someone who was enrolled in Zenith before?
A: No. The program applies only to brand-new families who have never enrolled before.
Q: What if the referred family pays multiple years up front?
A: Because your reward is based on their enrollment and payments toward tuition, your reward will be applied as we collect their payments. If they pay everything up front, you will receive your entire reward up front as well.
Q: Can my referral be anonymous or private?
A: No. The referred family must acknowledge your referral during enrollment, and it must be submitted via email.
Q: Can Zenith staff, consultants, or contractors participate?
A: Yes, as long as they are or were enrolled clients. Staff may not refer families they directly served in their professional role.

As you know, we invest a significant amount of resources into our families. No other firm offers these unique differences (see Comparison Chart). Providing our families with these services is very expensive, and because we price our services as low as possible just to be sustainable for decades more to come, very little is left over. However, we believe in being creative and data-driven to keep delivering win-win opportunities.
Over the past few months, we studied how much we can save in terms of enrollment, onboarding, infrastructure, and resources cost when new families come to us through referrals, compared to those who find us without a referral. We discovered a way to offer discounts as a result.
Additionally, a vast amount of our client base for almost 20 years already comes from referrals, so we’ve made the strategic decision to reinvest in the families who help build our community. This represents our commitment to creating sustainable value for those who believe in our mission.
